I want to log-in with my password!

I lost an access to the e-mail with which my Miro educational plan account  is registered. I had all my work there and now I can’t simply log-in due to the new policy.Your support team doesn’t reply. I need an access to my profile….I have a password and can verify the fact that I own the account. Please do something, I need my boards.

    HI ​@Полина Рудакова, thanks for following up. I understand you need access to your account and boards.

    Sign-in with a password is currently unavailable, and since you no longer have access to the email associated with your Miro account, the password cannot be used as an alternative.

     

    As you already have a ticket with our Support team, please bear with them while they work through the current high volume of login-related requests. Your case is in the queue and will be reviewed as soon as possible.

     

    Please avoid sharing any account or personal details publicly here. If the team needs additional information, they’ll let you know through your ticket.
