I want to suspend a user or forcibly disconnect a session if a terminal is lost.

Deactivating a user is possible in Enterprise plan accounts - Company admins will be able to activate them again at any time.
It's impossible to temporarily suspend a user on other plans(Team, Consultant, Business plan), and the only way to disconnect a session of the user is to remove them from your team and decrease the number of seats.
