In my miro team, the admin is a person who used to work in the company but left years ago. She’s still admin and we cannot make ourselves admin to remove her and we are forced to also pay for her seat while she isnt even here. Her email doesnt exist anymore so theres no way of accessing her inbox.
Is there a way Miro can troubleshoot this from the backend and remove her from their side to make it easier for us?
