I’m sorry to hear you ran into this!

• First, double-check that you’re logged into the same Miro account you used when creating the board (sometimes we accidentally have more than one account or login method).

• If the board opens but looks completely blank, try zooming out (shortcut: Ctrl/Cmd + mouse wheel or trackpad pinch) — sometimes content is still there but sitting outside the visible canvas.

• You can also check your Board history (if you’re on a paid plan) to see if earlier versions are available.

• If you only see a white page and no UI at all, try a different browser, or clear cache/cookies, to rule out a loading issue.

If you’ve confirmed you’re in the right account and the board is still blank, I recommend reaching out directly to Miro Support with your board link — they can check logs and help recover your work.
