Hello,

 

I have an issue with one of my boards, I haven’t opened it since a while and unfortunately i found that most of its content disappeared. Im on free pack.

 

Could you please help me restore the content ? it’s very important and complex to map again.

    Have you tried the troubleshooting steps in our Help center guide, based on the error or behavior you're seeing?

     

    If you've already tried those steps and the content is still missing, I can help connect you with our Support team so they can check the board's status on the backend and investigate whether the missing content can be restored.

    Yes, prior to contacting you I really tried every possible solution.

     

    A simple screenshot of the content might be helpful if a full restoration of the board is not possible from your database.
