Question

I have had my access removed from my own board

Hello,

This morning, I was prompted by Miro to request access to a board that I originally created. This was unexpected because I had been actively using and viewing the board since arriving at the office.

After clicking the "Request Permission" button, I was redirected to a dashboard that I had never seen before. Miro then prompted me to either create a team or delete my account. To avoid losing access, I created a team for our organization. However, after doing so, the board is no longer visible, and I have been unable to locate it.

This issue caused significant disruption to my workday. I had a meeting scheduled this morning to present information from that board, and I was forced to cancel due to these technical difficulties.

Can someone please help me recover access to the board or determine what happened to it? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, as the information on the board is important for ongoing projects.
