I cannot change my email

I have never set up password for this account, now I don’t have an option to set one, and I need password to change email.

      HI ​@Jiho Shin, thanks for reaching out! You may click the forgot password option so you can set up the password via the forgot password link.

      After everything is set, you can then change your email address.

      This does not work at all! Please do not mark this case as closed and transform it to a support ticket. Clicking this option simply refreshes the profile page and does not do anything.
