1. How are you trying to log in?

   • Are you using email and password, Google, Microsoft, or Apple ID to sign in?

2. Have you used more than one Miro profile?

   • Sometimes people have more than one account without realizing—maybe one linked to your school email and another to your personal email.

   • Do you remember what email address your teacher used to invite you?

   • If you were invited to the board linked to your school email and you’d like to access it using your personal email, you’d need to invite your other miro profile connected to personal email.

3. Are you seeing any error messages?

   • If yes, could you share a screenshot or even a short screen recording of what you're seeing when you try to log in? (Just make sure to blur or crop out any personal info.)

4. Do you have the Miro link to the shared board from your teacher?

   • If so, try opening it directly—this can help us check whether it’s an access or login issue.

5. Which browser or app are you using?

   • Are you logging in via a browser (like Chrome, Safari) or the Miro desktop/mobile app?
