Is the internet service provider you are using also based in Ukraine and similarly, once you enable your VPN, where is the IP address the VPN server is giving you located?

The internet service provider is based in Ukraine. Even now, for some reasons, I canβt reply in the community without using the VPN. When I enable the VPN, the IP adress is in Romania.Β
