As a quick check: could you try creating a new board and confirm if the Templates option appears there? If it does, then it’s tied to your permissions on the original board.

To help narrow this down:

• What role do you have on the board (viewer, commenter, editor)?

• Does this happen on all boards you access, or only specific ones?

• Are you using the desktop app, browser, or tablet app?

If you’d like to use templates on an existing board, you’ll need the board owner to update your permissions so you can create/edit.
