I can no longer access my Kanban Board.

When trying to open my board, it just stays on the gray-ish screen as if it was loading it.
When trying to create a copy of it, i’m getting the error “something went wrong” and in the network analysis i’m pretty sure its a 500 error.

I then tried to open it in a private window, which worked but all my Kanban cards were piled up on a stack and the Kanban board itself was not there.

Hi @Yukimo thanks for reaching out!

It looks like the board may not be loading properly in your regular browser environment, especially since it opens in a private window. Let’s try a few quick checks:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try opening the board again

  2. Disable any browser extensions (especially ad blockers or privacy tools) and test again

  3. Try a different browser to see if the behavior persists

Since the board does open in a private window, there’s also a chance that the content/state of the board was affected. If you’re able to access it there, you can try:

  • Opening Board history and restoring a version from before the issue happened

  • Checking if the Kanban frame can be recovered from an earlier version

If the issue continues or the board content is still broken after restoring, let us know and we can take a closer look!

Hey @Eca thanks for the reply!

I tried again this morning after removing the Firefox extension “Bye Bye AI” and now it works, so either i just had to restart my PC or it was that extension.

Either way, thanks a lot for the help!
