How to switch subscriptions from annual to monthly plans (when changes in team size will be reflected)

1) How do I switch my subscription from an annual plan to a monthly plan?
2) If I reduce the team size, when will the change be reflected?
- Will it be reflected immediately? (What will happen to the users currently registered on the team?)
- Will the change be reflected on the next update date?
