How to select more text element with Mac?

I can’t select more element with macOS, do someone know? Because using command is not enough, thanks!

@Giovanni Casabianca - I have never used macOS, but looking at the Shortcuts and Hotkeys help article under For Mac users, there appear to be other options, e.g., Shift + drag to multi-select:
