With the new Miro version I cant find the “search” tool anymore, so I cant not find the post-it based on tags. What am I missing? How to do that now?

The Search tool you're looking for is now under:
Main menu (top left) > Edit > Find —or just use the shortcut Cmd + F (Mac) or Ctrl + F (Windows).
To search by tags on sticky notes, once the Find panel is open, you can enter the tag name, and it should filter matching items on the board.
