Hi, I had an account under the same email before. But one time I accidently hit Sign Up, instead of Sign In. And it creates a new account and overwrites my old account.

Is there a way to recover my old account? Much appreciated!

It sounds like you may have unintentionally created a new Miro profile under the same email. Don’t worry — your original data likely still exists, but recovering access will require help from the Miro Support team.

  • The email address you used

  • A description of what happened

  • If possible, any links to boards or teams you previously had access to
