How can I extend my education plan?

I’ve received an email saying my education subscription is expiring and that
“If you're still a part of an educational institute, apply here to extend your Educational Plan...”

But that link is broken and gives error "1c6fbbfc-2fe6-448d-8f7b-8611ee21d82e"

Since I can’t reach the site through that email can someone tell me what the process is to extend the education plan? I have looked this up on Miro FAQ and can’t find any information regarding this (except applying for a new plan).

Would it be possible to submit a support ticket for me? Can’t on my own due to having an education plan.
