How to extend education plan

Hello, Miro Team informed me that my current education plan will expire in December 2025. But I need this plan for at least another year, because I am still a university going student. The link that Miro Team gave me in the email to apply for the plan extension is not working. So, I am wondering what should I do?

I will be grateful if you help me.
