How to enter a box without using the mouse

I would like to use Miro without having to click each time on my mouse to enter a box to type. 

Is there a shortcut to enter a box when you use the arrows to go to the box?

The only shortcut I can think of is when you click on the box (I’m assuming you mean a rectangle shape) and hit the Enter key that will let you edit the text within it.

@Kiron Bondale , actually what I meant is to go inside a mindmap box without clicking on it…. You leave them with the ESC button, you can go with the arrows to the next one but once I went with the arrows to the box I want to edit, then I always need to use my mouse.
