Are free users now banned to embed third party links?offers to upgrade plan

Embedding is now a feature available on paid plans. That’s why you’re seeing the upgrade option when trying to embed on the Free plan. You’ll still be able to share your boards via public links or invite collaborators directly, but embedding is limited to Starter, Business, and Enterprise subscriptions.

If embedding is something you’ll be using regularly, I’d recommend checking our pricing page to see which plan best fits your needs.

Can i have a trial period for starter?

Currently, Miro only offers a 14-day free trial for the Business plan. You can learn more about it here: Business Plan 14-day trial.

At the moment, there isn’t a separate trial period available specifically for the Starter plan. If you’d like, you can start with the Business trial to explore the advanced features, and then decide whether the Starter or Business plan fits your team’s needs best.
