All sorts of data and advice on downgrading; unfortunately none of it works. We are six people now an want to downgrade from enterprise to business. As an Admin to our company, our billing tab doesn’t include any of the stated ‘downgrade options’. It looks like Miro is hiding from responsibility.

Sorry to hear about the confusion. Just to clarify — could you please share what specific information you received that turned out to be incorrect? That will help us make sure it’s addressed properly.

In general, downgrading from Enterprise to Business isn’t something that can be done directly through the Billing tab. Because Enterprise plans involve custom contracts and setup, any downgrade must be handled by the Miro Support team or your Account Manager.

 

We’ll go ahead and escalate this to Support on your behalf so they can assist you directly with the transition.


I received that same information from the ticket that I was finally able to initiate. It seems odd that as we are all using AI to create our own agents, Miro requires a specific salesperson to handle a downgrade. No matter how complicated a contract is, it won’t be a problem for AI. Unlike with humans.
