A coworker has paid for a Team account, and invited me to join.  I joined, but am not able to enjoy features such as exporting a PDF at high quality and video chat (I’m prompted to “upgrade” in order to use the features).

Is there a way to make sure I’m actually occupying a “paid seat?”  How can I unlock the upgrade features?

Whoever the team admin is would need to ensure that your account is a “full access” account - you can’t do this yourself as they (not you) will pay for the additional user account.

  1. Click on the team settings “gear” icon in the top left of the Miro dashboard view

     

  2. Click on the Users menu option and check the License time for you

Thanks Kiron!  We had to first delete members before I could be upgraded, but it worked out.
