Is it true that the access to the board by link will last for three years?

Can you define for how long the board will remain available for the guest by board link?

@Daria Poliakova - I’m curious as to where you saw “three years” documented?

Less than a month ago, when a user asked “how long data is stored in Miro?”, the official response was:

The team told me that as long as the account is active, the data is stored indefinitely.

After the account terminates, it is as follows:

  • Production Data = 30 days
  • Backup Data = 180 days

I strongly suspect that, while an account is active, Miro would never change the board’s sharing setting and under no circumstances when they change a board’s link/URL.

Hello, Robert! Thank you for your help and detailed information about data storage in Miro.

One of my colleague mentioned about  “three years Miro access” so I went here to Miro community to check the information.
