Hi everyone 👋
I’ve been using Miro more for team workshops and brainstorming sessions, and while it’s super flexible, I’m always curious how others structure their boards for effective collaboration—especially when multiple people are editing at the same time.
A few questions I’ve been thinking about:
- Do you use templates (and which ones are your go‑tos)?
- How do you keep boards organized so they don’t become cluttered during a live session?
- Any tips for guiding participants without taking too much control away from them?
- How do you balance freedom vs structure (e.g., pre‑defined zones vs free exploration)?
Sometimes I find that without clear sections or activities, people can get lost or the board turns into chaos 😅 But too much structure can slow down creativity.
Would love to hear how you all approach workshop prep and live facilitation in Miro—tricks, favorite features, or even little habits that make your sessions run smoother.
Thanks in advance! 🎨✨
