When I started building my org chart, each box had lines for the job holder’s name, email address etc. I somehow randomly hit a key stroke that made that disappear. Now I can only see Name and a shortened description of the role. How do I restore the previous view?

It sounds like the additional details (job title, email, etc.) in your org chart may have been hidden due to a setting change or an accidental keystroke. Could you provide more details on the following?

  1. Are you using Miro's built-in Org Chart feature or a manually created diagram?
  2. Did this happen across all org chart elements, or just specific ones?
  3. Have you tried selecting a box and checking if there’s an “Expand” or “More details” option?
  4. Can you share a screenshot or short screen recording showing what you see now?

Thanks for your help. I figured this out -- I just need to zoom out for all the fields to come back into view. Thanks again.
