Hi,

 

I just got billed on my credit card per the annual cycle for 3 users on full license.

I want to request a refund as I no longer have a need for 3 users on full license for 1 year.

I would like to just switch to 1 user free account for now.

 

How do I request a refund and switch to a free account?
