I'm using Miro for team collaboration and need to export a board that includes all frames, sticky notes, and content. I tried exporting as PDF, but some details seem to be missing. What's the best way to export everything clearly, especially for sharing with stakeholders? Any tips or settings I should check?

Hi @Olivegarden, happy to help with this!

To export your board and make sure all frames, sticky notes, and content are included clearly, export all frames as PDF. Only content fully inside the frame boundaries will be included in the PDF export. Make sure notes, shapes, or tables don’t spill outside the frame edges.

If you’re looking to extract written content (like sticky notes, text boxes, table entries, etc.), Miro allows you to export board text as a CSV file. You can find this option under the three-dot menu in the top-left corner of the board: More > Export > Export board data (CSV)

Let me know what’s being missed in your PDF export — I’d be happy to help troubleshoot further!
