I’m using the $10/month plan within a browser.  The admin panel shows I have access to a list of “apps & integrations” (Chat, Youtube, etc.), but I can’t find how to access these within any of my whiteboards.  Where should I be looking for those options?

​@barncrow Many of these apps do not have a dedicated entry point in the UI. For example, for YouTube, you simply paste a YouTube link onto a board, e.g., https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qNJcNHJpkhI

 

Re the Chat app, it looks like the dedicated chat feature has been deprecated:

 

However, when I try to view the article, I get this message:

 

I believe they may be merging chat capabilities into the new Video Calls feature which is still in beta: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/21992143796754-Video-calls-BETA

 

When you see an app in your admin panel and aren’t sure how to access it, I would suggest you try one of the following:

  1. Search the Miro Help Center
  2. Search the Community forum
  3. Search the Command palette (Ctrl/Cmd + K)
  4. Contact Miro support by following these instructions.

I’d kind of wondered if the Video Calls feature would take over the Chat functionality.  It makes sense.
