How can I delete the object in between and does not affect the rest of the flow?

+7Could you clarify which object or shape you are referring to? Is this in a grid, mind map or something else?

+7This isn’t automatic, but you could use the Ctrl-Drag action to move child nodes from the parent to the grandparent and then delete the parent node.
