Hello Miro Team,

My name is Liudmyla Mamicheva, and I am a mathematics teacher at the Center for Children's Scientific Creativity "Cyfra" in Kyiv, Ukraine.

I would like to apply for the free Miro Education Plan to conduct interactive online mathematics lessons with my students.

Unfortunately, the application form rejects my personal Gmail address, as my institution does not provide institutional email addresses.

My teaching position is publicly confirmed on the institution's official website:

https://www.cyfryata.com.ua/o-centre/

I also have a current, electronically signed teaching services agreement for the 2026–2027 academic year, which I can provide privately if needed.

Could you please convert my request into a support ticket for manual verification?

Thank you very much for your help!

Best regards,

Liudmyla Mamicheva

Currently, you need to have an email belonging to the educational institution domain to apply for the Education plan. In case you don't have one but are employed by or enrolled in an accredited institution, our support team will be happy to review your application outside of a standard submission process.

Please add a message to this thread if you're unable to apply using this form https://miro.com/education-whiteboard/ and the community team will convert your message into a support ticket.

Hello, Miro Community Team!
I’m an independent English tutor in Ukraine, and I use Miro extensively in my lessons.
Since I use a personal email address, I can’t apply for the Education Plan through the standard form. Could you please convert this post into a private support ticket so I can submit documentation confirming my educator status?
I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you!

I am an educator at GPB College Berlin (Design School). I would be grateful if I could move my personal Email to Edu tier so I don’t loose my connections and files. Can you please convert this into a private support ticket for manual verification? Thank you

Hello Miro team,

I am an architecture Master student at Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urban Planning in Bucharest, Romania. My university email is not available to me, so the Education Plan application rejects my personal Gmail address.

I can provide my student ID or an official enrollment certificate. Could you please convert this message into a support ticket for manual verification?

My existing Miro Education team has expired, and I would also appreciate help restoring access to my research timeline board.

Thank you!

Hi

I am an online ESL teacher. I work with an online school but we do not have educational email addresses. I use a Gmail account as my work email but I can provide a link to their website where I am listed as one of their teachers.

I really enjoy using Miro and would love to integrate it into my lessons and share it with my students. Would it be possible to convert this to a ticket? Thank you!

Hi! I’m an 11th-grade student at a public high school (lyceum) in Ukraine and I’d like to apply for the Education plan as a student. My school doesn’t issue educational email addresses to students, so the application form doesn’t accept my email.

I can provide proof of my student status (student ID / official certificate of enrollment from my school). Could you please convert this into a support ticket so I can send the document privately? Thanks.
