Here’s what to do if you can’t apply for Education plan, cause your email isn’t accepted

Hello Miro Team,

My name is Liudmyla Mamicheva, and I am a mathematics teacher at the Center for Children's Scientific Creativity "Cyfra" in Kyiv, Ukraine.

I would like to apply for the free Miro Education Plan to conduct interactive online mathematics lessons with my students.

Unfortunately, the application form rejects my personal Gmail address, as my institution does not provide institutional email addresses.

My teaching position is publicly confirmed on the institution's official website:

https://www.cyfryata.com.ua/o-centre/

I also have a current, electronically signed teaching services agreement for the 2026–2027 academic year, which I can provide privately if needed.

Could you please convert my request into a support ticket for manual verification?

Thank you very much for your help!

Best regards,

Liudmyla Mamicheva

Currently, you need to have an email belonging to the educational institution domain to apply for the Education plan. In case you don't have one but are employed by or enrolled in an accredited institution, our support team will be happy to review your application outside of a standard submission process.

Please add a message to this thread if you're unable to apply using this form https://miro.com/education-whiteboard/ and the community team will convert your message into a support ticket.

Hello, Miro Community Team!
I’m an independent English tutor in Ukraine, and I use Miro extensively in my lessons.
Since I use a personal email address, I can’t apply for the Education Plan through the standard form. Could you please convert this post into a private support ticket so I can submit documentation confirming my educator status?
I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you!
