Hello Miro Team,

I am a self-employed private tutor and have approximately eight years of teaching experience. I currently teach elementary and junior high school students, including online lessons where I use digital whiteboards for interactive teaching.

I would like to apply for the Miro Education Plan, but as an independent private tutor, I do not have an educational email address.

I hold a Master's degree from National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU), and I can provide documentation of my educational background and teaching experience if needed.

Could you please help me submit my application for a manual review or convert my case into a support ticket?

Thank you very much for your help!

I want to apply for the educator plan, but I don’t have educational email address but I can provide proof of my affiliation with an educational institution. (Link from school website). How can I apply? The form shows that it’s necessary to fill in the email address and doesn’t allow to send it.

Hello Miro Team,

I am a teacher at a school in Ukraine and I would like to apply for the Education Plan.

Unfortunately, my school does not provide teachers with institutional email addresses, so I only have a personal Gmail address. Because of this, I cannot submit the standard Education Plan application.

I can provide an official document confirming my employment as a teacher, as well as a link to my school’s website if needed.

Could you please convert my request into a support ticket and help me complete the Education Plan verification manually?

Thank you very much for your help!

Hello!

I am an English teacher from Ukraine. I would like to apply for the Miro Education Plan, but my school does not provide an institutional or business email domain, so the standard application form doesn't accept my personal Gmail address.

Could you please help me with the manual verification process?

Here is the link to my teaching diploma (uploaded to Google Drive with open access): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1h7ufEVOO28MN3ZbAqt94grZUmRAVT6mB/view?usp=sharing

Thank you so much for your help and support!

Hello Miro Team,

I am an English teacher from Ukraine and I would like to apply for the free Miro Education Plan.

Unfortunately, my educational institution does not provide teachers with an institutional email address, so I only have a personal Gmail account.

I currently teach English to students and would like to use Miro for my online lessons, interactive activities, and collaborative learning.

I can provide proof of my employment as a teacher and any other documents you may need to verify my eligibility.

Could you please help me complete the verification manually or let me know what documents I should provide?

Thank you very much for your help and for supporting educators.

Kind regards,
Victoriia

Hello! I am a teacher from Ukraine. My school, Rokytne Gymnasium, is an accredited public educational institution, but it does not provide teachers with institutional email addresses (like .edu). I am registered in Miro with my personal email. Could you please assist me with a manual review for the Miro Education Plan? I can provide my teacher's ID/certificate for status verification. Thank you!
