I’m an online English teacher and I use Miro to create interactive lesson boards and activities for my students.

Unfortunately, I don’t have an educational email domain, so I’m unable to apply through the standard Education Plan form.

Could you please help me submit my application for a manual review?

My university (MGPPU, Russia) does not issue institutional emails to students — only staff. That’s why I’m using my personal Gmail: alexandraiskandarova@gmail.com.

I am a 1st-year full-time specialist student in Clinical Psychology (group 25ПК-КП(с/о)ПДП-1).

Hello, I am an English teacher in a primary school in Poland. I would love to get access to Miro Education plan. The problem is I have no educational email address, but I have a valid teacher ID card. Is there any chance to get the access without the educational email address? I am applying for the Education Plan as a Homeschool Educator (approved by the Worcester, MA school district). The application form rejects my email because I use a personal Gmail address for our homeschool administration.

I have my official Letter of Intent/Approval from the school district ready to provide as proof of eligibility. Could you please convert this request into a support ticket so I can submit my documentation privately?

I plan to use the account strictly for educational purposes related to my university studies and teaching activities.

As a Bachelor’s degree student, I regularly work on research projects, group assignments, and thesis preparation that require collaborative visual tools. Miro would help me organize materials, structure ideas, create diagrams, and coordinate teamwork more effectively.

In addition to my studies, I also work with students independently, conducting online lessons and consultations. I use visual boards to explain concepts, structure learning materials, and make sessions more interactive and engaging. Access to an educational plan would allow me to continue using Miro as a central tool for both learning and teaching.
