In case you don't have one but are employed by or enrolled in an accredited institution, our support team will be happy to review your application outside of a standard submission process.

Hi, I am trying to apply for the student plan, but my email address is not being accepted. My email is from University College London (ending with @ucl.ac.uk). I am unsure why it is not recognised, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could advise me or contact me to help resolve this issue. Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

Hi, I can’t access the Education plan because of email. I can provide any needed documents.
