Here’s what to do if you can’t apply for Education plan, cause your email isn’t accepted

I would like to apply for the educator plan, but I do not have an educational email address. I can, however, provide proof of my affiliation with an educational institution (link from the school website). Could you let me know the process for applying? The form asks for an email address and does not allow submission without it.

Hi, I actually have an institutional email, still I can't get any advance in my application for the education account since my school doesn't have teachers' name on the website. How can we proceed?

I would like to apply for an Education plan - I work as a tutor for a university, but do not have a university email address as I am employed as a “casual worker”. I can provide evidence of employment, but am completely unable to fill in the online form without an error on the email address.

This last year I have taught 30 students which is evidenced from my MIRO boards!

I am a teacher working at a government secondary school in Turkiye. I would like to apply to teacher plan but teachers aren’t given educational mails in Turkiye unless they work at a university. I am a PhD research student at Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata. Unfortunately, our college does not provide domain email addresses for masters or PhD students, which has made it impossible for me to apply for the Miro Education Plan through the standard process.

I rely heavily on digital whiteboard tools for my research and academic planning, and have found Miro’s features unmatched by any alternatives. However, the paid plans are not financially feasible for me at this stage, given the constraints of my stipend and living expenses.

Could you please advise if there is an alternate way for students like me—who can provide proof of enrollment but lack a college-issued email—to apply for the education plan? I am more than happy to provide any documentation required.

I am an independent English tutor working with private students online. I use visual boards to explain grammar, vocabulary, and conversational structures. Miro has proven to be a very effective tool for interactive and engaging lessons.

As an individual educator, I would appreciate the opportunity to use Miro on an educational plan, if possible. I work with multiple students weekly and would love to continue using Miro more actively.

Please let me know if there is an educational or nonprofit option available for someone in my position.
