Hello, I originally created a Team under an Education Plan, but I have since graduated and am no longer eligible. After an accidental plan change, the Team is now on the Free Plan and some existing boards are locked.
The Team still has current students/professors who are eligible for the Education Plan and who are Team Admins. We need to preserve the existing boards, members, and permissions.
Could a Miro representative please advise on the correct process, or contact me privately, to restore Education Plan eligibility or transfer the Team to an eligible admin?
