Help! Data in my Miro Board disappeared!

Hello! 

While I was doing research on my Miro Board, I noticed that my previous research was deleted, all but my frames.

What is the cause of this? 

And what can I do to retrieve the research that I lost?

I invested 1 ½ hr of time and would like to know if anyone else has experienced this before?

If you are on a paid plan, you should be able to go to the Miro activity log and there should be the ability to restore back to a version of the board before the frames content was lost.

I typed a lot of data into a card.   I stepped away for an hour and the data was gone.  Is there any hope of recovery?

The steps above don’t return the data.
