Hi!
I had tried out the free business plan, and cancelled it. However, I was on the Student Plan and it has now locked my boards, including all of my team members boards.

Every time I try to change the plan and downgrade, it won’t let me. We need our boards urgently for a uni assignment. How can I get back mine and my team members original subscription?

For example, every time I click on Reactive subscription, the page goes grey and nothing loads. I have tried other browsers too. 


@Madeline Parkinson-Dalton It sounds like you created boards while on a plan that supports private boards, but then downgraded back to the Free Plan which does not support private boards.

Try this to unlock the boards:

Unlocking the board by changing the board’s Team Access

  1. From the Share settings, select Manage access*:
  2. And then change the team access from No access to Edit:

If you do not have the Manage access option, you can duplicate the board which will create a new version that should be editable.

Thanks so much for getting back to me! Everyone is already an editor already. 

 

When I try to duplicate the board, I can’t duplicate it back in my own space. These are other spaces that I have previously been added to:
