I have a consultant account and created boards and templates for a customer. Now I want to hand them over to the customer, who has their own licenses. How do I do this? Creating a backup of the board and send this to him? And the template?

Assuming your customer has a separate Miro account, the simplest approach for a board will be to download it to an external RTB file and send them that to restore.
For a template, you will want to create a new board, add in the template, download it to an external RTB file, have them restore that and then create a template from the board.
