Hello everyone! We have a few boards that we use with guest editors. Some of the boards will not allow guest users to copy/paste from one of our Miro boards into another, and some will. Some users can do it and some cannot. Those who cannot get this error:

I have tried to follow the instructions here:

But the “Anyone with the board access” option is not showing up. So I tried these instructions:

But there is no “permissions” button. See screen shot:

Now I’m not sure what to do. It’s very frustrating. We use these boards for workshopping and sometimes we need people to copy and paste. Help please! 

@DSP Design Team - You are on the right track. However, a Team Admin will be the only user to have the Permissions option in the team settings panel.

You will need to reach out to an Admin to enable the setting for board owners.

 

Thank you @Robert Johnson, but I am the team admin. The only team member actually. It’s a consulting account.

Any other ideas?

@DSP Design Team - In your screenshot, you were on the Company Profile page, not a team profile page.

Then you will see Permissions:

 

Got it. I made those changes, but still, our guest users cannot copy from one board to another. Any other ideas? Thank you!

Now you have to set the permissions at the board level.

From the board’s Share settings:
