Guest editors can't access public board with password

I have shared my board as “Anyone with the link can edit” and added a password to the board. Still, most of the collaborators that I have shared the board link to can not access the board at all. They can only access the page where the password is asked, but after applying the password, the Miro-logo just keeps on rolling, and nothing happens. Can anyone help? I am thinking is this issue related to company’s firewall or something, as they are from different companies. For my company’s colleagues accessing the board seems not to be an issue.

I’ve experienced this occasionally in the past but I’ve found that if you force a refresh on the web browser (e.g. F5 with Google Chrome), it loads correctly.

Can you see if that works?
