Guest Access on a Business Plan

Can anyone tell me the easiest method to invite guests to collaborate on one board within one of my teams.

Assuming you truly are referring to Guests and not Visitors (aka, public access or Anyone with the link — difference explained here, there are two methods and which is “easier” depends on (a) if you know their Miro account profile email address and/or (b) if you need all guests to have the same permissions.

1) Adding a Guest using their Miro Account Profile Email Address

You would do this from the board share settings:

2) Sending a Guest link

Use this action to add any registered Miro as a Guest to the board with the permissions specified to the left of the action button:

I also don’t want the guests to have access to other boards in my team

This is how the Guest feature works — the user will only have access to the board that you followed one of the above methods from.

Also when I have tested it on a mobile device, I don’t see an upload option in the blue plus sign?

I just tested as the board owner and a guest on my Android 16 device and have the following options (this specific screenshot is as a Guest):

Reporting issues to the Miro Support Team

I need them to be able to download documents and upload images but everyone struggles with this.

Re downloading content: As long as the content copy permissions are set to allow Anyone with the board access, they should be able to download content.

Re uploading images and struggling: This is valid and each users savviness will vary. I’m afraid I don’t have any suggestions here.
