HI @Jorge Rojas

Great question! Admins can’t directly see a list of all boards that specific guests have access to. However, they can view all boards in the team, and check each board’s sharing settings to see if any external guests (non-team members) have access.

If you're looking to audit guest access across the team, it may help to:

  • Look for boards with public sharing enabled (“Anyone with the link”)

  • Check private boards’ users under the board access

  • Check for boards shared via email invitations to non-team members

Let me know if you'd like further help!

I think it’s worth clarifying that the subscription and admin level type (Team vs. Company Admin, and if they have Content Admin privileges (Enterprise Plan only)) will determine what they may be able to see.

For example, a Team Admin of an Education, Starter, or Business Plan (even the Company Admin of a Business Plan) is not guaranteed to be able to even see all boards in a team, e.g., the boards may be set to private.

I also just did a test using Miro’s Developer Platform’s REST API (get boards endpoint) and not even that showed if a guest had access to the board.

In summary, depending on the plan/setup/roles, it may not be possible.
