Is anyone else having issues witth Miro where the board disconnects and then you have to wait for it to re-load?

I am having issues with the miro boards where by I keep getting a pop up ask if I want to use a canvas, when I click off of it, it freezes and does a count down for around 30 seconds saying its reconnecting, it them seems to move all of my process map arrows and symbols. This has been happening for 2 weeks now and I am unable to use it. I have restored various versions so I dont loose the work but now I am in a situation were one map is on the glitched board and the others are on my restored board, I cant copy it over. I believe that there is a bug but Miro doesnt seem to allow me to report it as a glitch. Anyone else having this issue?

Sadly, I don’t know if there is a bug or not. In my case, perhaps 1x per week I get that “Miro reloading” popup box.  Because Miro works so tightly with your browser, naturally you might try a hard reload (CMD-R on Mac) to force it to completely load the page from scratch - and also compare the behavior with a different browser. I know there can be other issues depending on what type of browser plug-ins you might have.

If that happened to me I’d probably pop up the so-called “developer console” which lets you look at hidden error messages - and see if anything flaky was going on within Miro:

 

So like I said, sorry, I can’t help too much - but maybe having a look at that debugging window might give some advice.
