We've been facing a significant issue with GIFs lately—they're unexpectedly shrinking in size and becoming non-playable. The only temporary fix has been to delete and undo the action, which restores them. Unfortunately, this problem occurs across all platforms—desktop, web, and iPad.

It's crucial that we resolve this, especially since our clients access the boards through their embedded portals, where neither deleting nor using Command Z is an option.

HI @Erfan Amiri,

Thanks for reaching out!

Since this seems to be affecting multiple users and platforms, I will convert your post to a support ticket for a deeper investigation. Please check your inbox for their response!

Am curious about this issue too. I have the same problem with unexpected gifs croping.

Hi @Amir Farukshin,

Thanks for jumping in on this thread!

Could you please share more details about the issue you encountered:

  1. Does the issue appear on one specific board or on all boards for you? (You may need to provide the board details, like the URL link, to support team if your case is escalated).
  2. Does the issue appear only for you? Have you heard about similar issues on these boards from your colleagues and collaborators?
  3. When did you start observing this issue? Please share the approximate date and time.
  4. Could you let us know how the GIFs were added to the board?
Were they added using the Stickers, Emojis, and GIFs tool, or were they custom GIFs uploaded from your device or via a URL
  5. Is the issue consistent with the same GIFs, or does it occur with different ones?
  6. Are there any specific conditions under which the issue occurs? For example, does it happen after certain actions or after a particular amount of time?
  7. How often does the issue occur? Does it happen every time you delete and re-add the GIFs, or is it sporadic?

We look forward to hearing back from you.
