Is it possible to upgrade Miro to the Starter version for only some of the team members, while the other team members could still continue using the Free version with reduced functionalities? Or do I have to buy the Starter seat to all of the team members?

+7Once you have a Starter subscription, to have full edit, named user access, the team members would be part of the paid group. Alternately for those reduced functionality team members, you could consider using either view-only access, comments-only access OR Visitor access.
