Hi! I’m using Miro’s Free plan and I currently have 3 boards.
As far as I understand, the Free plan allows users to create unlimited boards, but only the 3 most recently created boards remain editable. Older boards should automatically become view-only.
This is also how Miro worked for me in the past: whenever I created a new board after reaching the limit of 3 editable boards, the oldest board automatically became view-only, and I could continue creating new boards.
However, this is no longer happening. When I try to create a new board, Miro shows me this message:
“You’ve reached the limit of 3 boards. Your Free plan includes 3 boards. Upgrade your plan to create unlimited boards.”
It doesn’t give me the option to create the new board at all.
Is this a bug or has the Free plan changed recently? If the Free plan still allows unlimited boards with only 3 editable at a time, how can I enable the previous behavior on my account?
I’d really appreciate any help, because I have many boards for my classes and I don’t want to upgrade to a paid plan just to create additional boards.
