Hello Miro Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

My name is Inna, and I’m an English teacher from Ukraine. I actively use Miro in my teaching to create interactive lessons and collaborate with my students online.

I recently learned that Miro offers free subscriptions or special support for users based in Ukraine. At the moment, I have an active paid account, as I wasn’t aware of this opportunity earlier.

Considering the current situation in Ukraine and limited financial resources, I would like to kindly ask if it would be possible to apply a free plan or educational upgrade to my existing account, or guide me on how I can become eligible. Access to extended features would greatly support my work and help me provide better learning experiences for my students.

I would be happy to provide any confirmation of my teaching status if needed.

Thank you very much for your time, support, and for offering such opportunities to Ukrainian users — it truly means a lot.

      Dear Miro Support Team,

      My name is Roman, and I am a student from Ukraine. I am writing to kindly request a free subscription to your platform.

      In current times, such a useful tool has become essential for studying and as a general aid. It helps organize and structure various types of information, explore new topics in an engaging format, learn efficiently, and connect ideas with one another. It also allows me to continue my education despite existing difficulties. I use Miro quite often, and it has been very helpful to me.

      At the moment, I am working entirely on my own, and an extended version would significantly support my learning without limitations on creating boards and other features—especially considering the financial difficulties many people are facing in the country at this time.

      I sincerely appreciate your continued support for Ukrainians and would be very grateful if you could consider my request. Thank you very much for your time and understanding.

Unfortunately, I am currently unable to afford a subscription to Miro, but your platform would be invaluable for my work.
