FREE account but charged for Miro services

I show as having a FREE account but was charged in Jan and Feb for Miro services. 

Can someone please let me know how I contact support to get this resolved?

You can also view the ticket by

  1. Gohttps://help.miro.com
  2. Accessing Sign in at the  top right
  3. and once signed in, select your name at the top right and then My activities.
