I'm having an issue with a frame called "Launch" on my board "End-to-End Product Development and Commercialization Process".

The problem:
- In canvas mode the Launch frame is fully visible.
- In focus mode the Launch frame, its title and its contents do not display. Connectors that attach to it are still drawn, ending at loose points.
- The frame appears in the Frames panel list, and toggling Hide/Reveal makes no difference.
- If I move the frame so it overlaps other frames, it displays correctly in focus mode. When it sits in open space, it disappears again.

What I've already tried:
- Hide/Reveal toggle on the frame
- Checking for locks and hidden or overlapping objects
- Reordering the frame in the Frames panel
- Rebuilding the frame and re-pasting its contents
- Moving the frame to different positions

The board is large and has started to show other glitches as it has grown.

Hi @Elise Esslinger, thanks for sharing these details. Since the frame behaves differently in focus mode despite the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried, we recommend contacting Miro Support for further investigation. Please include a screenshot or short screen recording demonstrating the issue, along with your board link, so the team can look into it.
