The plugin with figma is no longer working. I’ve used it various times, it worked successfully up till yesterday evening.

Since then it’s been flagging this error - no matter what I try to pull through.

To let you know:

Figma platform is latest app version.

Miro plugin has been removed and re-installed. Logged in via the web as well.

Still it is not working. And now it is stuck showing a loading that goes on for long periods of time with no end result

Hi @Tushaara,

Thanks for sharing the details — sounds like you've already done some great troubleshooting on your end!

When the Figma → Miro plugin suddenly stops working and shows a “Network error,” even after reinstalling and updating, there are a couple of things worth checking:

  1. Browser and network settings

    • If you're on a corporate or school network, some firewalls or proxies may block the connection between Figma and Miro. Try switching to a personal/hotspot connection to test.

    • Also, clear your browser cache or try using an incognito/private window to rule out a caching issue.

  2. Check permissions in both apps

    • Make sure the Figma plugin has the required permissions to access files and that you’re logged into the correct Miro account (sometimes plugin access gets disconnected after browser updates or cache clears).

If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to Miro Support with:

  • A brief summary of the issue

  • Screenshots (if possible)

  • What platform you’re using (desktop/web, OS, browser)

We’ll keep an eye out on our end too! Let me know if you need help connecting with supports.
